Yes, she is great at listening yet talking when it's time for you to hear her, I believe she is sincerely non judgemental. She put forth an effort to really get to know me. Jocelyn gave me many tools. One of them being taught how to get up (in life) and know when it is okay to lie down. I never asked her for this tool and was certain we had not discussed it. I was struggling with that issue, severely. The relief she has brought to me in many areas of my life, utilizing many techniques, I only look forward to our time together. I’ve used LifeStance for a few years now and I’m grateful for the support they’ve been to me personally and for my family. Austin Reed was a welcome change from my prior psychiatrist. He really listened and has continued to work with me to adjust meds to get the best outcomes for my version of ADHD. I’m a better version of myself thanks to his guidance.

First time getting there today, I was happily surprised at how close to home it was when I arrived. It’s a very cold day today, and I met with my counselor for the first time. He was very professional, and I was at ease with her throughout my visit.
