My first time seeing a psychiatrist. Christina Shepard is very knowledgeable, she asks questions to see what might be going on with you and gives great examples/scenarios to see which you can relate to to try and help you. I took the 1st in person appointment available at Lifestance and I'm happy I ended up with her to help me. Thank you.
