Overall, I’ve had an extremely positive experience with LifeStance. The only minor inconvenience I’ve had is that their online portal doesn’t have an option to save a payment method, so I do have to enter my info manually every single time. Other than that, I’ve had no other issues and a great experience with staff over the phone and with their Telehealth platform. My therapist has been extremely helpful and supportive, and I am truly grateful I found them though LifeStance.
First appointment today with Maher Chehab. Excellent facility, lots of parking available. Staff very pleasant and immediately put me at ease. Wait to be seen was short and comfortable with coffee and tea available. Maher Chehab is a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I liked him right away. He really listened to me. He is so knowledgeable and gave me hope. I know i will be helped there- enthusiastic 5 star!
LifeStance Therapist have been caring and they allow me the opportunity to share life events without fear of being judged. The suggested treatments are based on how you feel about certain therapy methods and what you’re looking to achieve in your therapy sessions. I’ve had quiet a few different therapist throughout my life but my current therapist is absolutely amazing and I’ve applied the therapy techniques that we’ve discussed and it has helped me in the moments when needed.
I found life Stance with a google search and saw good reviews. I have had a positive experience. The staff are always helpful and help me with what ever it is that i need. The NP Mr Davidson is very professional but still human, is a good listener and is always helpful when needing his assistance beyond office visits such as paperwork or letters needed. I highly recommend this company, their staff and providers.
