I recently had to switch providers due to an insurance change, and I’m so glad I found LifeStance. From the start, the process felt smooth and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Jung, and she has been amazing and truly attentive, patient, and focused on understanding my needs. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I always leave feeling heard and supported. Switching providers can be stressful, but this experience has been the complete opposite. I’m really grateful to have found such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with my counselor. She’s empathetic, knowledgeable, & works with me in respect to my needs. My secondary medication submissions are a little hit or miss in expected timeframes but my last appointment was Sunday so I’m sure the holiday weekend delayed slightly. The one prior was the next day so hopefully it’ll be less pharmacy trips going forward.
