I am over-the-moon after my first few experiences with everyone at the Spring Creek Plano location. I couldn't be happier! The friendly nature of Timothy at the front desk and his foresight/knowledge/abilities to pair me with a Therapist for my needs and Insurance has given me a sense of pride in that I'm actually looking forward to the next step in therapy (not second guessing, which has been my story, to date). I am also overjoyed with Dr Priscilla! I came in with needs but also questions about what I have seen/heard/learned from online "research", which, well, you know... Dr Priscilla heard my fears and explained each one. I never felt judged, embarrassed or invalid with her and this was HUGE to me! I honestly feel that I am at the right place as I continue on my journey for help i so desperately need with the near total paralysis I'm experiencing in my life with ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression and whatever else may rear it's ugly head in therapy. I don't feel limited today; and, i truly believe that that is in large part thanks to Timothy and Dr Priscilla at LifeStance Health, as well as me being open and showing up for my appointments (big smile smiley-face).

I wanted to give a shout out to Holly Miriam at LifeStance. She is simply amazing. She is patient, understanding, and truly listens. I always feel safe and supported in our sessions. She helps me see things clearly, work through stress, and gives me practical tools that actually help in my everyday life. I leave each session feeling lighter and more grounded. I’m very grateful for her and the ease of booking through the portal — I highly recommend!

I am so very thankful for Holly. I was so very apprehensive seeking grief therapy. After losing my husband of 40 + years. Trying 2 different grief groups for therapy at church was very hard for me. I just couldn’t stay connected, I pulled back after a short time. Once I met Holly I was so relieved that I found the therapy I needed. She helps me stay focused on where I am and where I need to get too.

I had a virtual appointment. I felt that my psychologist was very understanding, listening carefully to what I had to say, and giving advice accordingly. I didn’t have the feeling that I was talking to a stranger, but rather to someone who knows quite a bit about me, even though I had only 3 sessions.

The office (Timothy) and counselor(Shelley) are ALWAYS making me feel comfortable and welcome! They always go out of their way to help me(even bringing an umbrella to walk me to & from my car) I’ve never experienced such care!
