About Tara Martin (She/Her)
Tara Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s of Science in University Studies from University of Texas at Arlington. Tara strives to help individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety. It is her mission to empower clients and provide them with the tools and coping strategies needed when stressors arise to improve daily functioning and quality of life. Outside of work, Tara enjoys reading, writing and/or journaling, visiting cafés and parks, and enjoying nature and the summer sun whilst drinking coffee or a smoothie.
