Katherine Bell, LCPC, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and couples across Texas. She works with individuals ages 18 and up, including seniors, supporting them through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. With a calming presence and deep clinical insight, Katherine helps her clients restore hope, strengthen relationships, and develop effective strategies to move forward. Katherine is particularly passionate about helping individuals process issues of faith and spirituality alongside mental health concerns. She understands how deeply personal beliefs can influence healing and offers faith-based counseling to clients who seek to explore their emotional wellbeing in the context of their spiritual journey. Her work often includes those recovering from religious trauma, navigating midlife or later-life changes, or coping with depression and anxiety rooted in life transitions or past experiences. Using a range of therapeutic approaches, Katherine tailors her work to each person’s needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also offering couples counseling and mindfulness-based strategies. She has particular experience supporting first responders, women, and individuals managing complex grief or chronic health challenges. Outside of her clinical work, Katherine is a talented writer and published author. She finds joy in sewing—especially designing and repurposing wedding gowns—and participates actively in her church community. Katherine brings creativity, empathy, and clinical skills to every session.

I was tense to start, especially with the situation that I had myself in and I have to acknowledge I was actually not myself for about a good 5-6 weeks do I help me four of the five weeks but I was thinking about doing Saturday nights when I went to Mass on Sunday the homily was just about what I was going through and what I needed to do and speaking with Catherine Bell I feel very comfortable because she's very receptive and especially the way my mind is as much as I'm trying to get straight and everything it's just that I don't feel normal I think as I said when I get in my new apartment I'll go back to being me and not worrying about anything in speaking with her and letting her listen to the things that I say as crazy as a lot of the things that I say are but they truce and I feel very comfortable and I happen to notice I think I got a letter from the VA I'll be with her until April I'm really hoping and I'm hoping that by April there's going to be a change thank you.

Lifestance is such an easy provider agency to deal with. they initiate helpful emails to remind you of upcoming appointments and also letting you know when it is time to check in with your provider. They make obtaining psychological services so easy. I am so grateful for them and my excellent therapist. I am very blessed.
