Marykutty Francis always listens with patience and ensures I never run out of my life threatening anti seizure/anxiety/ptsd medication, like my last Dr did repeatedly. She cares and will work with you when life happens. Office staff is amazing and helpful as well. Been seeing these guys for 4 years now, but left temporarily when my surgeon took over my medicine. It was awful bc I was afraid every month when he’d let me run out. I’d never had that problem here. Thank you for putting my mind back at ease Marykutty and Lifestance!

I have had great experiences with both my psychiatrist and therapist at this practice. The only issue I had in the past was when my doctor who I was seeing for a while moved and left the practice. I had to do the full session and an in person with the new doctor, but that is just what needs to be done and I totally understand that. They do telehealth and once you meet the doctor in person once, telehealth is a GREAT option especially for working people who can’t take time off work during the day.

The online appointment went very well. Everything from the reminder to the appointment went forth without a flaw. My doctor is amazing. She heard my plea and responded in a way that calmed me down from a rough two weeks. I really appreciate her and have no doubt about her ability to diagnose and treat in an effective way

First of all the places, very neat and clean, the front desk girl is very friendly and sweet. Mary Francis the psychiatrist she’s amazing, very understanding, listens to your concerns. She’s very sweet and kind. Highly recommend her.
