My practice focuses on adults in Oregon and Washington seeking thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a psychiatric prescriber, I provide comprehensive medication management along with supportive psychotherapy during visits, helping clients helping clients better understand their symptoms and feel more confident in their treatment decisions. I work with adults experiencing: • Pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns • Depression • Anxiety and chronic stress • Trauma or PTSD • Bipolar and mood disorders • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mood concerns.
