About Rowan Imran (She/Her)
Rowan Imran, APRN, ANCC, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges with a compassionate, evidence-based approach. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she partners with patients across Wisconsin to better understand their symptoms, identify effective treatment options, and create individualized plans that support long-term wellness. Rowan works with a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also offering care for many additional mental health conditions. Rowan’s practice includes helping individuals who are experiencing childhood behavioral concerns, school-related challenges, and attention difficulties. By working closely with patients and their support systems, she helps build practical strategies that promote confidence, emotional regulation, and healthier daily functioning. Rowan also has experience supporting individuals facing mood and anxiety-related concerns across different stages of life. Whether someone is managing symptoms of ADHD, navigating anxiety, or coping with depression, she emphasizes collaborative care and treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles alongside medication management when appropriate, helping patients develop skills that support lasting progress. With a nursing and advanced practice background that includes education from Rush University and Alverno College, Rowan brings clinical expertise and a commitment to ongoing learning to her work. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care decisions. Outside of her professional role, Rowan enjoys reading and working out, activities that help her maintain balance and support her commitment to overall well-being.
