Dr. Charissa Simon-Wright helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by offering a supportive, empowering, and culturally attuned therapeutic experience. Practicing in Illinois at LifeStance Health, she serves adolescents, adults, and seniors through both individual and group therapy. As a clinician with deep roots in serving marginalized communities, Dr. Simon-Wright is dedicated to reducing stigma surrounding mental health, especially in Black and Brown communities. She creates a judgment-free space for teens and adults alike to explore complex emotions and take meaningful steps toward healing and self-empowerment.
