Connor Grozier provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across Delaware, helping patients build insight, reduce distress, and develop practical skills for lasting change. She works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, offering individualized treatment plans that address each stage of life and a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Connor specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions, and also has experience supporting individuals navigating depression, grief, and other mental health challenges. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychological testing to better understand each patient’s unique needs and guide effective treatment. She offers both individual therapy and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
