The therapy I have received at Lifestance has been superior - correcting years of misdiagnosis. My therapists are skilled in specialties like EMDR and trauma informed therapy and there is less therapist turnover than at other agencies. The only problem I’ve had is with the billing department - though it was corrected quickly.

I may have misunderstood the reason for the visit. I understood it was for review of testing results from a telehealth visit and was not expecting a 2.5 hour wait. However, my grandson was treated with professionalism and kindness as he completed his portion of the testing. I wish I'd have brought my reading glasses...LOL.

This place is helpful and kind and considerate. I recommend it for situations to health and care and helpful and kind and will help you with the best way. They can reverence you have anxiety, depression, issues or looking for disability help or anything.

Dr. Brown was amazing. She deserves a raise. She made me feel comfortable and validated. I will be recommending her to those in need. I didn’t feel like just another number to her. She demonstrated great compassion while remaining professional.

Maggie was patient with my granddaughter who has problems. My granddaughter started to open up to her. The only thing I am disappointed with is that her appointments are 2 weeks apart. Besides that, my older granddaughter will be using it too
