I have really grown to love my therapist and psychiatrist. I recently left a psychiatrist of 20 some years and felt really vulnerable switching. The cross over was seamless and actually turned out a better fit. I went from a male dr to female support. Im not saying female is better than male but after 20 years these brilliant ladies just clicked very quickly. “Change is the only guarantee” is what my former Dr told me, and he was right. I love my therapist Vivian! She’s professional, she listens & is very knowledgeable & nonjudgmental! I feel completely comfortable with her & a sense of peace! Your mental health is just as, or maybe even more important than your physical, so I’m happy I found the right fit for me! I’ve never had any issues with staff, booking or anything. So far so good the preforms online were easy and reception was great. I felt at ease with both Margaret and Trisha. They seem to have genuine concerns about my current state of mental health however, I’m just one week in and I will follow up as time goes by, but I really feel like it is something I should really do therefore, I believe it will help me!

The lounge is so inviting, stimulating and fresh. I like the relaxing music. The ladies at the desk are polite and cheerful . The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I really have had my life changed for the better! A shout out to Reese Hawk for being such a wonderful professional!

I really like my Lifestance Therapist. The first thing she said, was 60% of therapy begins with a good fit between you and me. Therapy is opening your life and trauma,to someone for help. It must be a good repor before you begin the process. I'm happy a friend referred me to Lifestance.
