I have really grown to love my therapist and psychiatrist. I recently left a psychiatrist of 20 some years and felt really vulnerable switching. The cross over was seamless and actually turned out a better fit. I went from a male dr to female support. I love my therapist Vivian! She’s professional, she listens & is very knowledgeable & nonjudgmental! I feel completely comfortable with her & a sense of peace! Your mental health is just as, or maybe even more important than your physical, so I’m happy I found the right fit for me! I’ve never had any issues with staff, booking or anything. So far so good the preforms online were easy and reception was great. I felt at ease with both Margaret and Trisha. They seem to have genuine concerns about my current state of mental health however, I’m just one week in and I will follow up as time goes by, but I really feel like it is something I should really do therefore, I believe it will help me!

The lounge is so inviting, stimulating and fresh. I like the relaxing music. The ladies at the desk are polite and cheerful . The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I really have had my life changed for the better! A shout out to Reese Hawk for being such a wonderful professional!

I really like my Lifestance Therapist. The first thing she said, was 60% of therapy begins with a good fit between you and me. Therapy is opening your life and trauma,to someone for help. It must be a good repor before you begin the process. I'm happy a friend referred me to Lifestance.
