Sean Burke, LPCMH is dedicated to offering compassionate and personalized support to clients in Delaware. With a focus on providing a non-judgmental, objective perspective, Sean creates a safe space for clients at LifeStance Health to openly express their concerns. Whether you’re struggling with depression, grief, or navigating substance use issues, Sean listens attentively and provides insightful guidance to help you move toward meaningful change. He works with a range of populations, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering individual therapy and case management to support clients in their healing journey. Sean is particularly passionate about helping clients with alcohol and drug use, PTSD/trauma, and midlife transitions. He understands the complexities of these issues and tailors his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care, Sean helps individuals develop effective coping strategies.
