Additionally, Tamika provides a holistic, culturally competent, and compassionate approach to helping those attain healthy lifestyles. She has several years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in outpatient settings, in-home settings as well as hospice care. She has worked with both youth and adults with a wide variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem, grief and loss, life stressors and transitions, etc. She employs the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with, other therapy styles customized to the needs of those in therapy.
