Relationship as a Patient/Therapist with Andrew started out great, and has continued to strengthen with additional visits. I would highly recommend Andrew Capone, if you looking for a Therapist with Great Listening Skills, Ability to remember past conversations (so you’re not constantly repeating yourself, and someone with a more Collaborative (versus a dictatorial, which has been a problem for me in the past) approach to Counseling. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions, even if they aren’t all Sunshine and Rainbows all the time, and the Office Staff is great too, so don’t think you can go wrong with Andrew or someone in the practice that better aligns to your needs/counseling style desired. So, Long Story Short, Highly, Highly Recommend Andrew and his Office!

Charis Foraker is amazing! I was having issues battling with medicines and side affects and after a ~20 minute conversation I had a prescription ordered that she made me feel confident would better help me. She's very knowledgeable and to-the-point. I felt understood on a more personal level which is not something I can say for many other physiatrists

I absolutely love my LifeStance Therapist. We have a very high level of rapport with each other. This combined with the comfort of your own surroundings makes for a very conducive environment to tackle what can sometimes be tough issues in therapy. Choosing a course of therapy through LifeStance is one of the best personal decisions I've ever made.

in 2023 I underwent neurological testing at Lifestance for diagnosis of several things including PTSD, Autism and ADHD. I found the staff to be compassionate, very empathetic & knowledgeable. I was so impressed by them that I switched psychiatrists so that a Lifestance therapist could manage my medications. Highly recommended.

Charis Foraker from Lifestance is absolutely an awesome human being. They don’t get any better. If she moved from her office to Texas, I’d find a way to get to my appointments to keep seeing her. From Delaware! The world is a much better place because she’s in it.

Overall I have had a good experience. I do believe that not every therapist or med serge may not be a good fit! The practice is so big that you will find the perfect fit! Which is a good thing! Looking for mental health is not an easy thing! Life Stance makes it easier!
