Brooke Goldsmith, Post-Doctoral Fellow, is committed to helping children, teens, and young adults build emotional resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and develop practical tools to support mental wellness. Serving individuals and families across Delaware, she provides a warm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. Brooke specializes in treating anxiety, ADHD, and school avoidance, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs. Brooke works with children as young as six through young adults in their twenties, offering individual therapy and psychological testing services. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and exposure-based interventions to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. With a deep understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions, Brooke also supports clients with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, helping them manage emotional regulation, social challenges, and daily functioning. Brooke is particularly passionate about treating childhood behavior issues and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She collaborates closely with families, often incorporating parenting strategies to promote consistency and growth beyond the therapy room.
