About Kali Wright (She/Her)
Kali Wright helps individuals across Delaware build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She provides evidence-based care for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, offering individualized support tailored to each stage of life. Her clinical approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and a commitment to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting change. Kali specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and also has experience addressing additional concerns such as childhood behavior issues and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She works closely with patients to better understand patterns of thinking and behavior while building practical strategies to manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance daily functioning. Her treatment style is thoughtful and structured, empowering patients to take an active role in their progress. A key area of Kali’s work includes comprehensive psychological testing, which she uses to clarify diagnoses and guide personalized treatment planning. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychological assessment tools to deliver care that is both clinically precise and highly supportive. Her work with children and adolescents includes helping families better understand behavioral and emotional needs while fostering healthy development. Outside of her clinical work, Kali enjoys reading, completing puzzles, watching reality television, staying active, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
