Helping children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate emotional challenges with confidence and resilience, Brooke Riccitelli provides individual therapy in Massachusetts through LifeStance Health. She creates a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult experiences, building coping skills, and working toward meaningful change. Brooke works with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also supporting those dealing with additional mental health and life challenges. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths, goals, and experiences.

Brooke is especially passionate about helping children, adolescents, and teens who are struggling with school-related difficulties, emotional distress, self-esteem concerns, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts. She has experience supporting young people through important developmental transitions and works closely with families when appropriate to foster stability, safety, and growth. Brooke also enjoys helping clients develop practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and building healthier relationships.

Her therapeutic work incorporates evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy, along with other interventions designed to meet each client’s needs. Brooke has experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and those involved in adoption or foster care systems. She also offers support for a broad range of additional mental health concerns and life situations.

Brooke earned her education from William James College and Stonehill College. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2023, she has remained committed to providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care while emphasizing the importance of strong therapeutic relationships and interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.

Outside of her clinical work, Brooke enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and visiting Disney parks. These interests help her maintain balance and bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into her work with clients.

Brooke is proud to serve children, teens, adolescents, and adults throughout Massachusetts, providing compassionate therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. She welcomes the opportunity to support clients on their path toward greater well-being, self-understanding, and personal growth.
