Anmol Arora, MD,
About Anmol Arora (She/Her)
Anmol Arora, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist who is dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief and healing through evidence-based mental health care. Dr. Arora recognizes that meaningful healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and respected and she strives to create a compassionate space where patients can speak openly about their experiences, concerns, and goals without judgment. At LifeStance Health, she offers personalized medication management and supportive therapy for adults aged 18 to 64.
Dr. Arora values a holistic and biopsychosocial approach to treatment, grounded in understanding individual experiences and backgrounds to collaboratively develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect patient’s needs, values, and priorities. Whether through supportive psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of approaches, she places an emphasis on clinical partnership with patients to help them better understand themselves, navigate challenges with greater clarity, and develop the tools and support they need to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
With a focus on building a therapeutic environment that fosters safety, trust, resilience, and recovery, Dr. Arora supports patients in navigating challenges related to mood, anxiety, emotional regulation and attention deficits. Her care approach includes a deep understanding of how suffering impacts daily life, relationships, and overall functioning, and she collaborates closely with her patients to implement tailored treatment plans that empower them toward sustainable progress.
She provides holistic and inclusive care to diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans. Dr. Arora incorporates interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to support symptom relief and long-term well-being. In addition to her areas of focus, she also treats conditions such as depression, insomnia, psychosis, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum anxiety and depression.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Arora enjoys hiking and running with her dogs, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling, and exploring different cultures through coffee and cuisine. She brings this same curiosity and attentiveness into her therapeutic work.
