As a psychiatrist, I am continually inspired by the courage of individuals who seek mental health treatment despite personal, social, and cultural challenges. Their resilience motivates me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate psychiatric care that we all deserve.

Our mental health is shaped by a complex interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors. Because of this, I personalize treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs, goals, and life circumstances, with the aim of helping them achieve meaningful and lasting improvement in their quality of life.

I have extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

I completed my psychiatry residency training through the UCLA-affiliated UCLA-Kern Psychiatry Program. Originally from Gujarat, India, I earned my medical degree from Saurashtra University. I also completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Epidemiology, which strengthened my foundation in clinical research and evidence-based medicine. This training allows me to critically evaluate current evidence and tailor treatments that are both effective and safe for my patients.

I value collaboration and work closely with my patients to understand their concerns, preferences, and treatment goals when developing a holistic care plan. My hope is to support each patient throughout their emotional wellness journey, and I deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek help.
