Before I get into my review, I just want to say that doctor Patel has been a godsend. I was seeing a psychiatrist years ago, which that itself was a very hard step for me to take and she she was not good at her job and almost robotic. She wasn't giving me the help I so desperately needed.. That was a few years ago. I tried seeing several other doctors to get help and they would never give me the help I needed. I was on the verge of giving up by but I decided to give it one more shot, because I desperately needed it and I am so blessed to have have Doctor Patel as my doctor. He's very intelligent and is always there for his patients to help them in whichever way he can. He's been the first doctor to actually help me. I rarely ever leave reviews but I know that very dark place I was in, wishing for a doctor to just help me. A good Dr. can be very hard to find so I figured I'd leave this review because it may help someone else! 😊❤ If you are in a similar position like I was in, trust me. Give him a shot and you will see how amazing he is for yourself 😊

In this world of Covid and social distancing, we need to make adjustments to continue with care. The virtual visits to doctors and therapists are necessary to stay safe. I prefer the in-person connection but that option was not available. Dr Patel was pleasant, empathetic and focused on me and my concerns. I felt very much at ease with him, and his attention to detail regarding my history was impressive. I felt listened to and validated, two things that are vital to mental health care. Dr Jay Patel is warm and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and his office for psychiatric care.

I just wanna tell you that I went to Lifestance and have a few therapist and psychiatrist, and the one that I have now and the last therapist I had were the best I say they have to offer. The staff is always very friendly. They get to know you by name I do telehealth now so I’m not as intermittent with them. As much as I used to I love Dr Jay Patel my last therapist there was Eddie Hancock. He was great I recommended I give it five stars and if you decide to go there, I hope they help you too.

Had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Jay Patel and while there were some very minor technical glitches, I was BEYOND happy with the service. Dr. Patel took time to explain every option and answered each of my questions thoroughly. I am thrilled to have established care with him and LifeStance as a whole 😊

Doctor Jay Patel is a great Psychiatrist. He collaborates with me. Always patiently explains new perspectives, after listening to mine. He recalls my history, and never rushes appointments. Ten stars is my rating, for Doctor Jay Patrl. and the great supportive staff.
