Gary Matthews, MD

Dr. Matthews holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in political science from Tulane University, where he attended from 1989-1993. At Tulane University, Dr. Matthews maintained a full tuition Dean’s Honors academic scholarship while volunteering his time tutoring at nearby schools and participating in the African-American Congress at Tulane. Dr. Matthews’ Residency rotations included internal medicine, psychiatry – inpatient/outpatient/consults, ER, neurology, VA psychiatry, geriatrics, Child and Adolescent, ECT/TMS, addiction, and research.
