He is outstanding! He is compassionate and asks questions and seeks to truly understand what’s happening. He’s willing to listen when I don’t want to change or I am worried about the affects. He instantly will look up the affects, check medications that could be bad to take at the same time and will answer questions when another Dr prescribes something to say whether it’s a likelihood of a reaction. He in invaluable in all respects and I wish more drs were like him! He care about the on going care and well being of his patients outside of his time in the office and wants to make sure we are getting the extra support and encourages me to seek it. He collaborates well with the therapists also and does deep dives into new patients history to understand. I cannot say thank you enough to him for his help and professional care he has given to help me be where I’m at now! I hope whomever gets him as their Dr keeps him as he’s the absolute best!

One of the best psychiatrists I've seen. Friendly, thoughtful, intelligent, and listens to his patient's concerns and takes their treatment preferences into account. Never tried to rush through an appointment, never talked down to me, and always answered every question. I wish he hadn't moved but understand his reasons. If you get Dr. Molter, consider yourself very lucky!

I appreciated Dr. Molter took time to review some of my history and meds before he jumped into asking questions & talking about my issues. He provided a solid overview of his role in my therapy & was reassuring. Great first meeting & look forward to speaking with him again.

This doctor is arguably the best I’ve ever had. He talks to me as someone who is smart and capable and explains things about my chronic illnesses to me in ways that make sense. I’m grateful for his expertise, but above that his kindness.
