★★★★★ Dr. Manning has genuinely made such a difference in my life. From the beginning, she has listened to me without judgment and has made me feel heard, understood, and supported during one of the hardest seasons of my life. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just treat me like a diagnosis or rush through an appointment. She takes the time to listen, asks thoughtful questions, explains things in a way I can understand, and genuinely cares about how I’m doing. I’ve never felt judged for being honest with her, even when things have been difficult. Finding the right psychiatrist can be incredibly hard, and I’m very grateful that I found Dr. Manning. She has helped me feel hopeful again and has been an important part of getting my life back on track. I truly feel like she wants to see her patients succeed, not just get through an appointment. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Manning to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring psychiatrist. She is an incredible provider and I’m very thankful to have her in my corner. ❤️

Dr. Kathryn Manning is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and understanding. Before finding her, I had gone through four other psychiatrists, and the difference in the care I received from Dr. Manning was immediately clear. I originally saw her while she was at Allina, and when she moved to LifeStance, I chose to follow her because she is simply that amazing. Finding a psychiatrist you trust and feel genuinely comfortable with is not always easy, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. What stands out most about Dr. Manning is that she sees you as a whole person—not simply as a diagnosis or a collection of mental health struggles. She takes the time to listen, understand who you are, and get to know the person behind what you may be going through. I have always felt heard, respected, and treated as an individual in her care. If you are looking for someone who is compassionate, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding the real you, look no further. I cannot recommend Dr. Manning highly enough

I met Kathryn Manning in 2021 when I was 19 years old during the hardest time of my life. I was mad at the entire world for having to be saved from myself. Within two minutes of our first conversation , I thoroughly tried to convince her to let me go home and that I would be fine. And to my absolute shock she did not discharge me from the psychiatric unit that day. That decision was what started my healing journey and changed my life for the better. I have never, and I mean never, come across a human with such a light inside of them. Her compassion, understanding, and communication skills are out of this world. I would not be alive to share this story if it were not for Kathryn Manning. I am 22 now, and this woman believed in me when I did not believe in myself and had hope for me when I was convinced there was none left. If there was more people who cared as much as she did this world would be a completely different place.

She said she liked talking to me. She just didn't listen, she actually heard me. She was protective and respected my experiences in my life. I saw her briefly. I wish I could see her again. I was impressed with her knowledge and lovely spirit.
