Carol understands how important follow-up treatment can be after hospitalization, and she works closely with patients as they transition back into daily routines, strengthen coping strategies, and reduce the risk of relapse or readmission. Her approach emphasizes continuity, safety, and practical support during vulnerable periods of recovery.
