I have been seeing Jennifer sealie for a few months now, and she has helped me grow so much. She helped me realize things about myself. I didn’t even realize. We are working together to get my trauma anxiety, depression, postpartum in order and so far it’s working she doesn’t make me feel judged. She doesn’t make me feel less than if anything. It’s like a friend you visit yet that friend is there to help you and that’s exactly what she does and I’m very blessed. I even named my daughter’s doll after her so now her name is Jennifer lol

Holidays this time of the year I get depressed, out of joy, just sad my sessions with Dr Kristen brings a little joy if I did not have her to talk to I already know I will just be miserable, sad and depressed talking with her at my sessions brightens up my life a little I am glad she was chosen to be my therapist.
