See what our patients are saying about Brittany Thompson

After being in and out of therapy since I was 12 years old, including two years with my previous therapist, I came into my first appointment with Brittany Thompson feeling very skeptical and extremely anxious. As someone with AuDHD, C-PTSD, and severe social and generalized anxiety, opening up is not something I do easily. To my surprise, I found myself sharing things I never expected to discuss during an initial session. Brittany created an environment that felt professional, welcoming, and free of judgment. She listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel heard without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her approach helped establish trust much faster than I anticipated. While it's only been one session, my first impression was overwhelmingly positive. If the quality of care I experienced continues, I feel optimistic about working with her. I would confidently recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional therapist.

Our counselor Brittany is lovely, down to earth and has been helpful in our journey for better selves. Its important to have a neutral 3rd party with a heart and a good sense of humor as well as intellectual compassion, I 100%recommend her and think she has alot of real life experience and relatability to doing life through the hard stuff and sorting through both the ugly side of one's self through choices and external inflictions you grow up with. Thanks for everything.

This was my first session with Brittany and I was really happy to have found her. It’s hard to find a good therapist and although I have only had this session, I have a good feeling about her.
