Dr. Patrick Horn is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping individuals across Oklahoma find relief and stability through personalized psychiatric care and medication management. Dr. Horn provides care that is rooted in evidence-based practice and shaped by over a decade of experience treating patients in outpatient and community settings. Dr. Horn is especially passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and substance use disorders. He has extensive experience supporting patients through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), particularly for opioid use disorders. His approach combines clinical expertise with empathy and respect for each person’s journey, creating a safe environment for recovery. He is also deeply committed to helping patients navigate challenges related to ADHD and PTSD, tailoring interventions that promote long-term well-being and improved daily functioning.
