Dr. Horn is especially passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and substance use disorders. He has extensive experience supporting patients through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), particularly for opioid use disorders. His approach combines clinical expertise with empathy and respect for each person’s journey, creating a safe environment for recovery. He is also deeply committed to helping patients navigate challenges related to ADHD and PTSD, tailoring interventions that promote long-term well-being and improved daily functioning. In his work with individuals and families, Dr. Horn treats a broad range of conditions including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, psychosis, OCD, and sleep disorders. He has experience supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, as well as those navigating grief, trauma, and gender identity. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Horn enjoys gardening, traveling to Disney parks and resorts, attending church, and spending quality time with his wife Megan and their son Hudson.
