About Maravet Baig-Ward (She/Her)
Maravet Baig-Ward, MD, PhD, is dedicated to helping individuals across Texas improve their mental health and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care. She works closely with patients to identify their unique needs and create personalized treatment plans that support stability, resilience, and long-term well-being. Dr. Baig-Ward provides both therapy and medication management, offering a balanced and integrated approach for those navigating complex mental health conditions. Dr. Baig-Ward is especially passionate about supporting individuals facing challenges with ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. She understands the far-reaching impact these conditions can have on daily functioning, relationships, and self-esteem, and is committed to helping patients regain control and confidence in their lives. With her expertise in advanced interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato/Ketamine treatment, she provides options tailored to each person’s situation, including those whose symptoms have not responded to traditional therapies. She works with teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, creating a safe and supportive environment for diverse populations including those in the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and military veterans. In addition to individual therapy and medication management, Dr. Baig-Ward integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices into care, ensuring treatment is both comprehensive and personalized. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Baig-Ward enjoys spending time with her family, reading and writing, painting, and snow skiing. Her personal passions bring balance to her life and reinforce the creativity and empathy she brings to her patients.
