Dr. Vagvala is amazing, compassionate, caring, and really takes the time to listen to you so she can understand any challenges you're going through. I had previously had a poor experience with another doctor at this practice (it's kind of a conglomerate) and was moved to Dr. Vagvala and going into our first meeting I had very low expectations. Dr. Vagvala shattered those expectations and made sure that every question I had, every aspect of our new treatment plan was discussed, and has been available via patient portal (several doctors I've worked with aren't, so this was surprising) at any time I needed help or had questions. I can't explain just how great it's been so far working with her over the last few months. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to take the time to get to know you, your life, your needs, and your goals. If you're just looking for a quick 10 minute visit to check in and go, this isn't the right fit for you. She talks with you and builds goals and treatments with you, not to or for you. She takes all of her knowledge (which seems inexhaustible) and fits it in with your goals and needs to come up with a treatment suggestion that you discuss and agree on. Would give 11 out of 5 stars if possible - she's worth it.

I had an initial consult with Dr Vagvala and she was so attentive and pleasant. I felt my concern were heard and validated and we were able to collaborate to establish a plan that worked well for me moving forward and I felt like I was a part of the process instead of just being told what was best for me. LifeStance also has an easy to navigate portal and I appreciate how quickly and easily I was able to fill things out and find what I needed. This is my first time working with this platform and provider and I am looking forward to working with them!

Dr. Soujanya Vagvala Is one surprisingly caring and understanding specialist that listens and helps more than most have not or not been willing to. If you need or have been looking for a good, professional and pleasant psychiatrist, I highly recommend asking for her if she’s in your network and/or available. I’ve been very lucky to find her and hope you do too!
