I found myself in the unusual position of needing a psychiatrist because of a prescription. In my work as an attorney, I with psychiatrists and psychologists on a regular basis and have never been really impressed with any of them- Until now My primary care referred me to Lifestance regarding my prescription for a sleep aid. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment within a few days and that the appointment that I had was far more pleasurable experience than I had anticipated. The doctor was knowledgeable explained the reason for the visit and has been able to save me from possibly taking drugs that could have caused really adverse side effects. To be frank I’m extremely impressed which is something I’ve probably ever said about Psychiatrists.

Lifestance has been amazing! It's wonderful to have virtual visits as i live in a rural area. Only driving to roundrock a few times a year is really convenient. My Dr. Is wonderful!! She listens and really takes the time to figure out my needs. I look forward to speaking to her every month! Lifestance in combo with my local therapist is so critical to ensuring I get the proper care, medications, and convenience to reach my goals and be a productive human and maintain my depression and ADHD (while being in menopause). Thank you for helping me be my best so I can be the best for my family, friends, and community ❤️

Hands down my experience was beyond amazing it was deeply comforting. I had struggled to be listened to with my previous doctor to such a huge extent, that I wasn’t in great shape. My experience here was such a breath of fresh air. Not only was I heard but I left my appointment with such a profound sense of optimism that for the first time in a while I actually felt happier. I’d recommend them to anyone as people that really care.

She was very helpful, thoughtfull, and patient, and helped me with treatment options regarding my diagnosis, and pricing with information about services. I had my first appt today with Dr. V. It was a breath of fresh air, finally someone who not listened to me, acknowledged my feelings but took the time to ask me questions. She was so helpful and genuine about helping me, I’ve been in such a good spot mentally over the last few months and off my medication, so I’m excited about getting back to myself! The patient portal was easy to use and staff was polite at check-in.
