About Shaletha Robinson
Shaletha Robinson helps adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical insight, and a personalized approach to care. Serving patients throughout Texas through LifeStance Health, she works with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping them build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives. Her therapeutic style is grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration, ensuring each client feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout the healing process. Shaletha is particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing grief, midlife transitions, and later life transitions. She understands that major life changes, loss, and shifting roles can bring emotional stress, uncertainty, and feelings of isolation. Through a supportive and thoughtful therapeutic relationship, she helps clients process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with renewed confidence and purpose. Her goal is to help clients find stability and healing while honoring their unique experiences and personal values. Her clinical experience includes working with adults facing ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression, as well as individuals managing the effects of trauma and other emotional challenges. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness techniques while tailoring treatment to meet each client’s specific needs. Shaletha also offers Christian counseling and faith-based treatment for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she provides support for a variety of other mental health concerns. Outside of her professional work, Shaletha enjoys reading, meditation, prayer, DIY projects, and spending quality time with her family. These personal interests help her maintain balance and reinforce her belief in the importance of self-care, connection, and lifelong growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, Shaletha is committed to providing high-quality mental health care for adults and seniors across Texas. Whether someone is seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life transitions, she strives to create a welcoming environment where healing and personal growth can flourish.
