Dr. Rosebelle de Leon is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry. She completed her medical school education at Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago Medical School, and completed her general psychiatry residency at Rush University Medical Center. These other reviews surprise me, so I thought I'd leave my own. I've been to this office since about 2018 or 2019 and have always had good care. I've been seeing De Leon for maybe almost 2 years, and she has always been nice to talk to and always took my concerns seriously without asking me a million questions to justify any of them. She always just believed me and would help put together a plan immediately to address any specific issue I brought up. The meetings can be short sometimes, but if you bring up a concern, she will talk with you for as long as you need. I feel like as someone who suffers from a chronic mental illness, it's sometimes hard to talk about with other people because they place some sort of doubt on your own experience. Dr. De Leon has never done this to me. She has always made me feel heard and always takes action to make be feel better or to help me be a better functioning human in general. I'd recommend her for ongoing care; I've never had her diagnose me with anything (I was already diagnosed by another psychiatrist who was in the same office but left for another job), so I don't know what the experience is like with her if there is an active problem for which you don't yet know the cause, but for ongoing care of a problem you know about, she's great and doesn't waste your time.

Dr. De Leon encouraged my engagement regarding options in my plan of care. I was very anxious and her calming demeanor fostered a therapeutic first meeting. She listened without judgement and reassured me. She emphasized collaboration to develop an individual treatment plan, tailored to my anxiety, fear, depression (and many more). I missed my second appt due to a family emergency and they have been gracious with rescheduling. Highly impressed with the compassion she practices. She’s a gem and so Blessed to have found her! I look forward to my healing journey!

Dr. De Leon with Life Stance Health has been very instrumental in my healing. I am very thankful for her attentiveness to my concerns. She listens and cares my thoughts in my care and healing. She is not trying to just medicate you with no feelings but to strike a balance with my will strengthening and the boost of medication to help in the process. I recommend her and this organization highly. Very user friendly website to correspond and make appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. De Leon for over six years and I am very happy with the care I receive from her. She helps me with my medications and answers questions in a way that I understand. She was also very supportive when I was looking for a new therapist, which was very important to me. She is personable as well as professional. I have felt confident in her care regarding my medications. I very highly recommend her.

She takes time to listen, gets my thoughts on how I feel and what I would like going forward, makes a determination on the best path forward. She is very conservative in her approach in my care. Small baby steps and I am now at a level I will stay because it is best for me.
