I've seen a couple providers at LifeStance, as have members of my family. We've had nothing but a great experience. The front office seems to be swamped with calls/work often (maybe all the time), so I recommend booking online or even at the end of your appointment booking directly with your provider. All the providers we've seen seems to be fairly busy to very busy, so I recommend scheduling in advance (even a couple appointments ahead) whenever possible. The virtual site they use works quite well and is easy to use. I haven't had any issues with it. Sound and audio quality are great. I found my current therapist using search and filter on their website. It seems that worked pretty well and I'm happy with the one I chose. They are STRICT on the missed appointment fee, FYI. Which is fair and understandable, but something that I feel is good to know ahead of time. Barring exceptional circumstances, you will be charged. If you're looking for a therapist, I recommend at least searching their site to see who has availability that meets your criteria. I feel strongly that you need to find the therapist that you're comfortable with in order to get the most benefit out of therapy. We've only had very positive experiences with LifeStance over the last +/- 10 years.

Since my sessions with Marquis at the beginning of the year, I have noticed significant improvements within my personal and professional circles. It was so refreshing to finally be heard! For the first time in a long time, I feel that there's hope! They walked me thru the process and me plenty of reminder calls which really helped my meds were changed because it had been determined that the ones that I had been taking were 't working , they made all of my different therapists appointments. up front! I'm so glad I found them!

My provider is an expert in physical and mental health. I felt heard and appreciated for my strengths, even as I admired my provider's strengths. We discussed my physical situation and then my mental state. I was reassured that the medication I am taking is the source of some odd behaviors. My provider is kind, open, authentic and fun. What could be a better way to spend an hour?
