Dr. Brandon Morrison helps adults and seniors across California navigate life’s challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. He works with patients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues, while also offering support during major transitions like midlife changes, later life adjustment, and grief. By integrating proven therapeutic techniques with a personalized approach, he empowers clients to build resilience and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

Dr. Morrison is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as clients experiencing social anxiety, panic, or difficulties with college adjustment. He also provides meaningful support for individuals living with medical conditions, dementia, or caring for loved ones with dementia. His goal is to help each patient strengthen coping strategies, enhance social and executive functioning skills, and find renewed confidence in their daily lives.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, Dr. Morrison creates a structured yet supportive environment where clients can practice new skills and apply them outside of therapy. In addition to therapy, he offers neuropsychological and psychological testing to provide deeper insight into cognitive and emotional functioning, supporting accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment planning. He works with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, those recovering from head injuries, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of his professional role, Dr. Morrison enjoys staying active through weightlifting, football, basketball, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. His commitment to discipline and growth in both athletics and mental health informs his belief that consistent practice leads to meaningful progress.
