About Carmen Anderson (She/Her)
Carmen Anderson is a Psychologist in California who has been practicing since 2009. She has a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Carmen works collaboratively with clients to help them identify therapeutic goals that will allow them to live with intention and purpose. Whether you’re tackling anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, or couple’s issues, Carmen uses a strength-based, relational approach that empowers clients to take charge of the direction of their lives. Outside of work, being at the beach, hiking with her dogs, or cheering on the sidelines of her children’s sporting events are Carmen’s happy places.
