Dr. Malia Rabatin helps children, teens, and adults in California navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. She provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. With a focus on empowering individuals to build resilience and develop effective coping strategies, she offers individualized care designed to meet each person’s unique needs.

One of Dr. Rabatin’s greatest passions is working with children, adolescents, and teens who are struggling with behavior issues, trauma, or identity development. She is particularly dedicated to supporting young people as they manage the impact of trauma, grief, and stress, helping them and their families strengthen communication, trust, and healing. Her work also extends to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals on the autism spectrum, providing affirming and inclusive care that recognizes and honors each person’s identity and experiences.

Dr. Rabatin utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. She also integrates parenting skills into her approach when working with families, helping caregivers feel more confident and connected in supporting their children. In addition to these primary modalities, she offers additional therapeutic strategies when needed to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s goals.

Since beginning her practice in 2017, Dr. Rabatin has developed a reputation for her warm and approachable style, blending clinical knowledge with genuine care for her clients. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys working out, reading, baking, learning Spanish, and spending time with her husband, dog, family, and friends. She also finds joy in playing games—whether video, board, or card games—and relaxing with TV shows.
