It’s often difficult and sometimes we will suffer, but in the end, mental health is the fundamental difference between surviving and thriving. If you want support on your process of mental health, please reach out. You don’t have to do it alone.

Dr. Tackett provides professional therapeutic mental health services in order to support you in increasing the quality of your life, step by step. The process of therapy doesn’t have to be a mystery; Dr. Tackett works to ensure things are clear and you are comfortable with the treatment plan. Change is possible, Dr. Tackett has seen it over and over. People are capable of being exactly who they are purposed to be.

In addition to being passionate about your mental health, Dr. Tackett is passionate about her role as a mom.
