Dr. Bonno has a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating life transitions and significant changes, viewing these experiences as opportunities for growth, self-reflection, and renewed confidence. She also enjoys working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, personality disorders, substance use concerns, and OCD.

Her approach to assessment and therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Dr. Bonno believes each person is the expert on their own life and strives to understand how their experiences have shaped their sense of self, relationships, and worldview. By integrating evidence-based approaches with each client’s unique perspective, she helps individuals recognize patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their values and goals. She feels honored to support clients as they navigate challenges, discover new possibilities, and move toward meaningful change.

Outside of work, Dr. Bonno prioritizes self-care through Pilates, yoga, walking, and cycling. She also enjoys caring for her many plants, spending time with her cat, listening to true crime and comedy podcasts, decorating, cooking, and managing her fantasy football team each fall.
