Otteria Trimble is a Psychologist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2016.

Otteria helps clients by holding space as they reflect on their current challenges and encourages them to reflect on their strengths in a solution-focused manner when necessary. However, Otteria knows challenges don’t always need a solution, just space to understand. She walks alongside clients as they implement the changes, they want for their lives to cultivate a sense of happiness or contentment. Otteria leans most on skills associated with CBT, DBT, and interpersonal therapies. She believes her personable demeanor, sense of humor, and clinical experiences make her a provider that clients from all walks of life find enjoyable and make the hard work of therapy a little easier.

Outside of work, Otteria loves spending time with family, more specifically her daughter and partner. Other activities she enjoys include napping, trying new foods, traveling, spending time with friends and sorority sisters, and making body care products.
