Look, the ONLY reason I gave you 5 stars is because my therapist is absolutely amazing and I don’t want it to affect their job. Your receptionists and customer service reps though, need trained before trying to book anything for would be clients. Must I remind you this is for Mental health… tighten up a bit. It took 1/2 an hour to even find my therapist in YOUR database! Then I had no idea it would be $320 until it was time to talk to her. I have insurance, I hope to God you’re not saying that is my copay!! Getting to my therapist should never take jumping through hoops. Do better!

Overall, I’ve had a very pleasant experience here! Long ago I was put off of mental health care due to a therapist that broke my trust, but the professional I’ve been seeing is definitely helping to build that trust back. I’m still at the beginning of this journey, but I feel very good about LifeStance and I’m hopeful that they’ll continue to be a big part of my recovery and overall success with taming the demons. I’ve felt heard and seen with my concerns and so far I’ve never felt judged or anything. Overall, I’m very happy with this choice!

I was… nothing short of terrified for my first appointment today. I was physically shaking in the waiting room (I get ridiculously anxious) I saw Emily Kellner for the first time and was really fortunate to have her. It was a Goldilocks and the Three Bears moment — she was just right. I look forward to future appointments. Thank you, I feel like I’ve cracked the door open to trying to sort through myself and figure it all out.

The staff there is pretty amazing. The check thru the counciling are very comfortable and easy to work with. Jordan has been a great flow into the environment in lieu of jumping off into the deep water right off the bat. I would recommend it as a point to at least get yourself on the right track.

I was never diagnosed with ADD as a child, but as an adult it was affecting my job due to the extra stress my work was presenting. At LifeStance I was diagnosed with the disorder I had grown up with, and Dr. Ahmed helped me resolve my problems with work and find balance in my life.

I have seen 2 therapists at this location and both are awesome. In my experience Lifestance therapists are kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. My parents are patients here as well and we are very pleased with the level of care we receive.
