Dr. Ciemone Rose is a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider (HSPP) in Indiana who works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, and life transitions. Many of the people she works with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted underneath.

Her current work focuses on neurodiversity-related concerns, including ADHD and autism, especially for individuals who were identified later in life or who have spent years masking and trying to meet expectations that never quite fit. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach, meaning therapy is not about “fixing” how your brain works, but understanding it, working with it, and building a life that actually aligns with who you are.

Dr. Rose draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with CBT, DBT, and insight-oriented work, but her approach is flexible and grounded in real life. She helps clients make sense of patterns like overthinking, burnout, emotional intensity, and cycles of pushing through followed by shutdown.

She also brings an awareness of how identity shapes mental health, including the experiences of people of color and those within LGBTQ+ communities. Therapy with her is collaborative, direct, and focused on helping you understand yourself in a way that feels accurate and useful, not pathologizing.

Her goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a way of living that feels more sustainable, intentional, and aligned.
