01/23/2026, 8:12 AM Update. Reply to response from the owner. Hello. I am a patient. I am also a professional mental health therapist. I first had services in May 2024. I have received individual therapy services from multiple therapists at LifeStance, psychiatric medication management services with Brandi Cecil PMHNP-BC DNP, and psychological testing services from Dr. Elizabeth Andresen. I do believe you deliver higher than average care, but the "highest quality care" is by definition rare and the most expensive. I do believe your team members help people lead more functional and fulfilling lives. I think the term "healthier" tends to imply that, like physical health, it is obvious when a person is in poor physical health (acutely ill, injured, and/or dying) or in good physical health (no acute illnesses, no active injuries, full physical functioning, multiple systems of the body are in good shape or fitness). While mental health is still the term we use most often, and true poor mental health is obvious (when a person's safety or functioning is acutely decreased such as with psychosis, mania, high risk for harm to self or others, and/or behavioral dysfunctioning that indirectly decreases a person's medical or occupational functioning), average or "good" mental health is still a very vague concept in the general population, let alone the professional industries. All of this to say, I would recommend your services to many if not all of my clients or personal friends and family, which is a high recommendation. So thank you for your response and your quality services.

Dr. Neuses is truly fabulous… she takes her time and is incredibly thorough with every aspect of my mental health care. She makes sure she’s gone over anything that could be affecting my mental health or medications or medical history and then does something no other provider has ever done — asks me how I feel about where my meds are at, if I feel they’re doing what we want them to do or if I’d want changes. Maybe it’s crazy but such a simple question had never been asked of me before. That doesn’t mean she’ll put you on or take you off whatever you want, but she’ll listen and explain why/why not/what options there are. She cares that the patient feels good where they’re at. I love the ease of virtual visits and that they send the reminder link right before the visit to knock out the pre-visit checklist before we even start talking. Also love that I schedule the next visit while I’m still on with her, so I don’t have to hang up and make another call in to the office. It’s incredibly convenient and yet more effective than most in-office visits. Highly recommend.

I’ve been with LifeStance for awhile, and I enjoy working with them. They send out notifications to remind you of your appointment by email and text, they’re easy to get ahold of, unlike other offices where you never talk to anyone you just leave messages. I feel safe with the Therapist and that’s very important to me, and I’m sure to anyone involved in therapy. You can also choose who you want to work with by going online and reading about each therapist. You also have the option of doing TeleHealth if you’re uncomfortable doing Face to Face or you can go in. I would recommend them to anyone seeking therapy.

I’ve had a great experience with life stance. I got to choose my doctor from a list based on values, education and interests. Dr. Tyler Ruch has been a great doctor. He listens to what I’m experiencing without judgement and gives great insight. He asks your opinion on your medicine and listens to what you say about your experience . He doesn’t force meds on you , gives you the pro and cons of the med. You as the patient have part in the decision on its right for you. I appreciate that.
