Brenda Wilson-Graham, LMFT, is committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons with compassion, clarity, and clinical expertise. Serving communities across Indiana, Brenda offers a range of therapeutic services including individual, EMDR, Trauma/PTSD with experience supporting adults, and seniors. Through her thoughtful and collaborative approach, she partners with clients to address emotional struggles, and life transitions, creating space for healing and personal growth.
Brenda is especially passionate about supporting individuals impacted by trauma and relationship struggles. As a trauma specialist, she works with those navigating the lasting effects of difficult life experiences, including grief, PTSD, and family dysfunction. Brenda also enjoys guiding individuals through midlife transitions and helping single adults cultivate contentment and purpose in their individual journeys. She understands the value of rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and nurturing meaningful connections.
Brenda offers additional expertise in addressing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She is also experienced in faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate their spiritual values into their mental health care. Her clinical toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Christian counseling, and mindfulness-based practices. Brenda proudly serves diverse populations including individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, those with developmental disabilities.
Outside the therapy room, Brenda loves watching mystery and detective shows, maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, and embracing every opportunity to live her best life. Her passion for personal growth and well-being fuels her work and connection with others.
