Dr. Ari Natinsky, Psychologist

Dr. Ari Natinsky, PsyD

Dr. Ari Natinsky, PsyD, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Michigan navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions with compassion, clinical insight, and practical strategies for long-term growth. At LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for patients seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health concerns. His approach is thoughtful and collaborative, creating a supportive environment where patients feel understood while developing tools to improve emotional well-being, resilience, and daily functioning. Dr. Natinsky is especially passionate about helping individuals and families affected by PTSD and trauma, mood disorders including bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges. He works closely with patients experiencing stress related to major life changes, grief, reproductive challenges, and medical or health-related concerns. Whether supporting a child struggling emotionally, a couple working through communication difficulties, or an adult coping with anxiety or depression, he tailors treatment to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples counseling, and family therapy, Dr. Natinsky focuses on helping patients build healthier thought patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop effective coping skills. He also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, first responders, and individuals involved in adoption or foster care. While these are areas of emphasis, he offers additional support for a wide range of mental health conditions and personal challenges. Since beginning his clinical practice in 2016, Dr. Natinsky has remained committed to providing attentive, patient-centered mental health care that balances empathy with evidence-based treatment. His broad experience working across the lifespan allows him to adapt his therapeutic approach to the developmental, emotional, and relational needs of each patient. Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Natinsky enjoys Muay Thai, yoga, painting, and reading. These interests reflect his appreciation for mindfulness, creativity, discipline, and personal growth, which also inform his therapeutic perspective.
