Dr. LaTrice Montgomery helps adults across Ohio navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, grief, and alcohol and drug use issues with compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy. She brings clinical expertise in health psychology and women’s issues, and she is especially passionate about supporting people living with substance use and mental health concerns. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to each person’s goals, experiences, and strengths.
Dr. Montgomery provides care for adults from young adulthood through later life, including adults ages 18 to 21, 22 to 26, 27 to 40, 41 to 64, and 65 and older. She also works with men and women, as well as individuals impacted by adoption, foster care, and developmental disabilities.
