Jane Kudlas, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Virginia and a Member of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Kudlas has over 25 years of experience working as a mental health provider in inpatient, school-based, and outpatient settings. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University following a clinical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to her current position as an outpatient psychotherapist with LifeStance Health, she was employed as an Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Psychiatry where she provided individual therapy, family therapy, and psychological testing for children, adolescents and adults. She was also an integral part of the psychology internship program at the Virginia Treatment Center for Children where she provided instruction and supervision to individuals pursuing licensure in clinical psychology. Based out of the Midlothian office, Dr. Kudlas is currently accepting adult clients who wish to pursue individual therapy as a means of improving their emotional wellbeing, behavior, and/or interpersonal relationships. Dr. Kudlas’ expertise extends to individuals reporting feelings of anxiety, depression, inadequacy and guilt, as well as those with a history of trauma related to sexual abuse, physical abuse, childhood neglect, life-threatening events, medical difficulties, and loss.
