Jessica Hammond is a therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment to life stressors. Jessica utilizes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy developing strategies for improving coping, thought patterns, self-esteem, stress management, and behavioral concerns.

Jessica strives to provide meaningful care in which individuals are inspired and empowered by their own growth and self-discovery achieved in therapy. In this safe and non-judgmental space, an individual will feel confident in reaching their personal emotional wellness goals and return to a place of effortless mental well-being.

Jessica’s clinical career includes providing care in various settings including outpatient community mental health, school-based mental health, and a residential treatment program. Jessica has a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing with her dog, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new hiking trails.
